mikey179/vfsstreamwas removed since it as only used for tests (no test reads or writes a file through vfsStream any more. It only produces a path string, and any string would do)and the latest update was over 2 years ago
laminas/laminas-servicemanagerwas not used anywhere, so it was removed (the workaround used indot-dependency-injectionwas not needed)
